I have spent the last fifteen years working at the top of complex organisations as a Deputy CEO, COO, and system leader, and alongside that, building a practice that helps other leaders do the same work I have had to do myself: cut through noise, get clear on what matters, and lead with integrity rather than just momentum.

Fox Hill is a part-time portfolio practice running alongside my substantive executive career. The work spans executive coaching, leadership mentoring, board facilitation, strategic advisory, and public speaking. Every engagement is shaped around the person or organisation in front of me. The work is bespoke because the people are.

Transformation should not be limited by status or salary. Each quarter, Fox Hill holds a small number of pro bono or pay-what-you-can coaching places for those who need support but may not usually be able to access it.
